**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Engage with customers through effective phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and technology sales to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement.
- Experience in product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Knowledge of technology sales is advantageous for assisting tech-savvy customers.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Technical sales experience is beneficial for understanding complex products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
