**All Employees hired will go through initial basic training**. As a **Supervisor**, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
**OPERATIONS**
- Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.
- Perform cashier tasks when required.
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed while making the beverages.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in stock handling and stock check.
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
**HUMAN RESOURCES**
- Conduct ongoing training & development of all team members according to company standards.
- Manage the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Manage team member performance through coaching and counseling team members. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Follow up on work results.
- Promote the career growth of others: develop future store leaders.
- Model CoCo’s Company Values through their leadership and management.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of technology.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
- Capacity to stand for long periods.
**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Eight hour shifts up to 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Salary Expectations** can be discussed during the Interview. It will be reflective of your experience.
