Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform tire replacements, rotations, and repairs

Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid top-offs

Inspect tires and perform necessary air pressure adjustments

Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills by engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing knowledgeable advice on tire and maintenance services

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment

Utilize industry-specific tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot tire-related issues

Collaborate with the automotive repair team to provide seamless service to customers

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in tire lube and automotive maintenance

Proficient in using and maintaining automotive tools and equipment

Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
