We are currently seeking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of a full-time **E-Commerce Manager**. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude as well as a basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

**General Responsibilities**
- Oversee all E-Commerce operations including design, build, and general oversight of all online stores
- Develop artwork mockups using information provided by clients
- Source products and provide apparel solutions to clients of all sizes and types
- Coordinate with sales and production staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Work with other members of the team to help improve workflow and department efficiencies
- Occasionally answer phones and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

**Skills Required**:

- Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Proven organizational skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be motivated with a strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
