**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively utilize recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
