General Laborer

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Effective Verbal communication skills.
- Must work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to operate a forklift, skid loader and ten wheeler would be an asset.
- Willing and capable to work at heights

**Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Foster a safe work environment and promote continuous improvement initiatives with regards to workplace safety
- Assist in performing preventive maintenance and repairs of all equipment and buildings
- Able to work extended hours during the busy season (Spring and Fall)
- Able to safely work loading and unloading rail cars
- Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required
- Capable of working in dusty environments
- Capable of learning Grading and Cleaning techniques under the directions of the Site supervisor
