**Key Responsibilities**:
As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our production operations. Your duties will include:

- **Production Assembly**: Building dampers and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
- **Operating Machinery**: Operating length stops, saws, and other equipment essential to the production process.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting inspections to ensure products adhere to specifications and maintaining high-quality output.
- **Material Preparation**: Installing gaskets and handling materials efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe workplace.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or a similar role is an asset.
