**Role Overview**

As a **Health Center Sales Consultant**, you will play a key role in welcoming new members, guiding them through their fitness journey, and connecting them with personalized training and wellness programs. Your strong sales ability—combined with genuine fitness expertise—will allow you to confidently present solutions that help members succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for personal training, wellness programs, and membership upgrades.
- Conduct engaging consultations that lead to strong conversion rates.
- Present and sell personal training packages and renewals based on member goals.

**Member Engagement & Relationship Building**
- Build rapport with prospective and current members through warm, confident, and knowledgeable interactions.
- Follow up with leads, maintain strong engagement, and support long-term member relationships.
- Collaborate with personal trainers, nutrition professionals, and membership staff to create a seamless member experience.

**Consultations & Assessments**
- Assess member goals and provide tailored program recommendations.
- Schedule and manage appointments, including Biostrength assessments when required.

**Operational & Administrative**
- Complete required administrative tasks, including sales tracking, appointment booking, and reporting.
- Maintain exceptional organization, professionalism, and time management.

**Qualifications**

**Required**
- Proven sales ability with a history of exceeding targets.
- 3-5 years of sales experience (fitness or health-related sales preferred).
- Strong understanding of fitness concepts, exercise principles, and wellness programming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification.

**Preferred**
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or related fitness certification.
- Previous experience in a health club or personal training environment.

**Compensation & Incentives**

**Base Pay**
- **Monthly salary**: $1,500 (part-time)

**Commission Structure**
- **5% commission** on new personal training sales
- **2% commission** on personal training renewals

**Monthly Performance Bonus**

Earn additional bonuses based on **total monthly personal training sales**:

- **$25,000+ in PT sales → $150 bonus**:

- **$35,000+ in PT sales → $250 bonus**:

- **$50,000+ in PT sales → $400 bonus**

**Membership Tier Upgrade Bonuses**
- Gold → Platinum**:$25**:

- Gold → Diamond**:$60**:

- Platinum → Diamond**:$45**

- Ability to commute or relocate reliably to **Mississauga, ON**.
- Weekend availability required (two weekdays off in lieu).
