Working together with installation and project managers, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

- Lift consultation and lift planning.
- Working with a Liebherr 1160 200 Ton Crane
- Mainly working on precast panel lifts
- Capable of working with up to 15 individuals simultaneously
- Collaborate with installation crew to ensure proper and safe operating practices and procedures for mobile cranes
- Design lift plans and collaborate with engineers to gather field data and develop lift studies.
- Identify the minimum rigging requirements to ensure a safe lift.
- Be well versed in crane calculations, sling tension calculations, applicable de-rates for various configurations.
- Review engineered lift studies and collaborate with clients to oversee lifting operations.
- Operating across Western Canada.
- Working in a team environment
- Oversee daily crane operations performed by our clients, including supervising crane builds, mobilization, and demobilization.
- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the Crane and Rigging industry.
- Experience in crane supervision
- Experience in mobilizing and demobilizing all-terrain cranes with a capacity of at least 250 Ton
- Proficient in daily maintenance of cranes

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Journeyman Mobile Crane Operator certification.
- Over 5 years of experience with all-terrain cranes
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and strong client relations are essential.
- Technology savvy
- Experience working with precast panels preferred

**Hourly Wage**:

- Competitive with Industry Standards

**Additional Information**:

- This role involves working at multiple job sites, with shifts varying according to client requirements
- We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. While our head office is in Edmonton, the applicant will work remotely at various client’s site
