**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those requiring assistance with daily living activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence.
- Implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring adherence to guidelines for dementia care and senior care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or support roles is preferred, particularly in areas such as home care, assisted living, or nursing homes.
- Familiarity with working with persons with disabilities and providing dementia care is highly desirable.
- Skills in meal preparation and medication administration are beneficial for this role.
- A compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and their families.
