- **HR Operations Partner **will work as part of the HR Operations team and will play an important role in supporting Magnet’s total rewards program (benefits and compensation) along with HR operational scaling projects. This position will work closely with HR leadership and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of HR strategies.**What You Will Accomplish**
- Manage and administer Magnet’s global compensation and benefit programs
- Assist and influences HR leadership with business transformation projects and HR scaling projects
- Assist leaders and employees with questions on benefits and compensation
- Partner with the Talent and HRBP teams on compensation and benefit questions and team transformation projects
