Payment Processing Associate

- Experience invoicing, billing, and/or generating statements.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Understanding of basic math principles and ability to easily spot discrepancies.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fill out Debtor Deposits template with all EFT payments received
- Balance EFT payments & EMT payments
- Send unclaimed EFT and EMT list to operations
- Download the EFT payment file for the following day
- Initiate online payments for Client remittance, ensure funds in trust account for payments
- Send wire confirmation to Client services

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
