They perform assessments of the business model and its relationship with technology to identify opportunities or risks that have a direct impact to operational efficiency, customer experience, employee engagement or profitability, and help measure and articulate the business benefits from any recommended product development. **Accountabilities**: - Determine the present state of business processes related to risk and analytics - Evaluate the benefits and risks associated with business processes that utilize data - Document models of the processes, problem statements and key success factors - Facilitate product development through triage to digital product teams, and assessment of outcomes and user adoption - Communicate and facilitate changes in business processes - Measure and communicate benefits achieved with senior leadership **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management. - Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data. - Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. **Bonus qualification**: - Relevant certification in business process management or a related field. - Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. - Knowledge of specific industry regulations and standards. - Experience in change management methodologies. - Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau) - Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
