**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety practices for the equipment and the job site
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable to work at heights and confined spaces
- Meet pre-determined targets
- Effective communication skills
- Multi-tasking and following instructions
- Requires heavy lifting
- Some electrical/electronics & trouble shooting experience is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.

**Working Conditions**
- 100% of the job is in the field on building sites
- Warm and cool environments
- Outdoor work
- Agricultural Construction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
