SMS Security is a mid-sized security systems company seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our growing team. As a Dispatcher, you will act as a communication liaison between our clients, technicians, and management. **Position summary**:
In the role of Dispatcher/Service Coordinator, the primary responsibility is providing exceptional service to our customers by managing the schedules of our technician team and proactively coordinating the completion of service orders. The Dispatcher must thrive in a fast-paced environment with high deliverables and develop excellent working relationships with the technician team and our clients. This role reports to the senior management.
- Working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm._
Experience in Dispatching and customer service is preferred.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assign the appropriate technician to the service call based on skill and availability.
- Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
- Able to prioritize and record service calls on the company’s management software.
- Provide impeccable customer service by ensuring if follow-up is necessary with a customer.
- Provide biweekly reports on service calls, customer service, and overall performance.
- Other duties as requested.
