Bringing us clean/safe water supply, electricity to power our homes and businesses, drainage/sewer systems, heating and cooling, safe building structures, safe roads. The list goes on.
Due to unprecedented Growth as a result of the support we receive from our Local Tradefolk, we are looking for the following..
Systems Admin/Quality Member: advancing our technology/automation, improving our processes, developing a quality management system in order to deliver a better, more consistent service level to our trade members.
This role is a hybrid. Approximately 80% remote given technology plays a large part in this position and 20% onsite. Onsite time is so important so that you learn/understand our business, work with our store members to improve process, increase automation so that we can serve our members more repeatedly, more consistently, understand our workflows, better understand our product/service offering and our members challenges so you can focus your efforts on improving their lives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage our fulfilment/billing pipeline
- Work to improve process/workflow in our systems
- Work with team members to document/define roles and responsibilities
- Work with team members to to develop a quality management system
- Import/update ERP/CRM systems (pricing, discount structures, items)
- Set up/configure our technology systems to optimally perform
- Develop/deploy social media strategy, web presence
- Set up/Manage Member services program
