**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support customers with managing orders as needed throughout the purchase process and scheduling deliveries

**Qualifications** **& Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and required to work on weekends when scheduled
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers.
- Professional dress and appearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
