**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain and oversee all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
- Fabricate and repair components as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues with low voltage systems and logic controllers.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced services and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance building longevity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven years experience in industrial/strata maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems, logic controllers, and schematics.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform hands-on repairs as needed.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for efficient management of maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
