**Who are we?**

A locally owned and operated fully licensed real estate firm, for over 30 years R. JANG & Associates Ltd. has been providing professional property management services throughout the Lower Mainland.

**Who are we looking for?**
- BCFSA License to provide Strata Management services
- at least two years of direct strata management experience
- experience in organizing and effectively running Strata Council and general meetings
- working knowledge of strata finances
- self motivated
- highly organized and detail oriented
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- working knowledge of building systems
- working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- BCFSA License to provide rental property management is an asset
- working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Services Act
- BC Driver’s License and licensed vehicle

- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strata meetings
- Hybrid home/office work schedule
- Ending no later than 7:30 PM
- Maximum two meetings per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Office remains closed to the public.

**Experience**:

- property management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Strata Management License (required)
