**Shipping and Receiving Coordinator**

**Schedule**: Full Time (Hourly)

Your primary responsibilities will include accurate and efficient inbound receiving and storage, picking, packing, and assembling of parcel and palletized orders. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and handle administrative tasks including documentation of warehouse best practices.

**More specifically, your daily duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Regular unloading of floor loaded and palletized product.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Assisting with inventory counts as required.
- Working safely and abiding by OH&S standards/requirements
- Supporting the Operations team in other areas during absences

**Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Physically fit - ability to lift to 50lbs.
- Ability to work long hours inside the freezer at temperate of **0*_**°F/-18°C*_
- _Proficiency in computer skills._
- _Loading and accurately administrating products transfer._
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy including mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities daily.
- Analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines.
- Results driven team player who will foster a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a pick/pack warehouse environment
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Experience driving counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks as well as a general understanding of maintenance required for this equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
