What you'll need to have
- You have studied Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related OR a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar IT Operations position
- You are process driven, always looking to know and improve the how’s and why’s
- You lead with heart, can provide support and direction to your team/matrix stakeholders/vendors
- You are generally an energetic, operational, self-starter type, who can be depended on to be innovative, detail orientated, due diligent, and accurate
- You are enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team
- You can prioritize, are disciplined, show initiative and have a flexible attitude
- You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems)

A day in your life with us
- Track and secure accurate and optimal stock levels
- Create performance reports from IT solutions to enable a high performing daily operation and an efficient distribution network connected to service fulfilment, delivery performance and shipment life cycle
- Secure proper system setup for services, monitoring and reporting and clear connected communication with service partners
- Maintain short and mid-term service and capacity parameters based on available forecasts.
- Providing accurate data and reporting and forecasts
- Implement improvements by supporting the development of operational processes, and developing tools with the support of relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks
- Implement Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment
