**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist attorneys with case preparation by conducting thorough research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Manage case files, including data entry, organization, and maintenance of legal documents.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and coordinating schedules for meetings and court appearances.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment and in family law.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis is preferred but not required.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and compile findings into concise reports.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Proficient in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
