The position of Solution Consultant is responsible for delivering complex solutions based on OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft solutions. Working closely with the Service Delivery team, other internal teams, and the Engagement Manager to ensure accurate, timely and customer-centric delivery. This position reports directly to the Solution Consulting Lead of OnePlan Solutions North America.

This is a remote position. Our team members reside throughout North America. Since employees will be working remotely (from home), applicants from anywhere in North America are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate as a member of the OnePlan Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs
- Work with a Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements
- Participate in the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core OnePlan Solutions
- Perform testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
- Provide client training sessions when appropriate
- Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
- Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
- Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to travel occasionally to provide on-site consulting work to clients (post COVID) and have the ability to work remotely from home office.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support

**Must Have Skills**
- Configuration/Customization experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Administration and Configuration - Power Apps, Power BI and/or Power Automate
- Experience with Power Apps Model-Driven apps Configuration and Security Roles/ Power Apps Security Teams
- Migrating the Power Apps solution from DEV to TEST and PROD (Un managed solution/ Managed Solution)
- Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues
- Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships

**Desirable Skills**
- Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, MS Project, and any relational database system
- Experience with Power Apps Canvas apps, Portals, Power Apps Chatbots, AI builder
- SharePoint Configuration with Dynamics 365 / Power Apps solution
- Power Apps Data Flows/Data Lakes
- Power Apps /D365 Certification such as MB-200, PL 200, MB -210 etc.
- Experience with other Microsoft Products such as Project Online, Project for the Web, SharePoint, Teams, Azure etc.
- Working on DevOps projects - JIRA, ADO etc.
- Understanding on basic Agile Project processes
- User stories, Tasks, Bugs, features etc.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in technical or related field
- Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and math aptitude
- Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
