We are a Civil Construction company located in Stettler, AB

We are currently hiring for EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATORS to join our team.

Experience with underground water and sewer construction, earthmoving and road building is an asset.

Will be responsible to clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed. Responsible for placement of water, storm and sanitary sewer pipe in the excavation. Operator will possess strong understanding of safe excavation practices and have the ability to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind rain and dust.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and storage as well as truck and equipment safety are required. Must be able to read, understand blueprints and elevations. Must be able to dig to finished grade. Must have high level of personal integrity and strong work ethic. Ability to work and focus in a fast paced, high pressure and ever changing environment. Must be self directed and able to work with little to no supervision. Must be highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work in diverse environments. Strong attention to detail is a must. Must be professional and able to deal with the public professionally at all times.

Wages will be competitive based on experience. Overtime, evenings and weekends may be required.

Pay: $23.54-$40.69 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
