The opportunity:
This position is a member of the Engineering PMO office, responsible for providing support to the Engineering Leadership team to help meet operations objectives. This includes design and implementation of processes, tools, reports and managing special projects.
You are great at:
- Defining, improving and operating a wide range of standard processes, for development, product management and cross-functional activities.
- Managing special projects of many different types, including development, compliance, and business, that require the ability to clarify the requirements and goals, collect input from multiple stakeholders, perform analysis, track risks and issues, and share project updates.
- Design, delivery and analysis of reports and metrics that requires working with multiple different tools and sources, engaging in follow-ups, performing analysis and creating summaries.
What it takes:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or PMO organization
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and create solutions for business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with business partners, executives and peers.
- Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences at all organizational levels; verbally and written.
