Position Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Technician actively collaborates on accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as invoicing. Main Responsibilities Invoicing and accounts receivable: Prepare invoices in accordance with contracts, track payments and accounts receivable. Accounts payable: Verify supplier invoices, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, enter data into the accounting system, and make payments. Month-end procedures: Government reports, bank reconciliations, account analysis, and assistance with the preparation of month-end financial statements. Year-end procedures: Assist in preparing files for auditors. All other related tasks. Requirements Academic Background And Experience Technical diploma or vocational training certificate in accounting; Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Skills Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of Netsuite (an asset); Attention to detail, structured approach, and analytical mind; Teamwork skills; Bilingualism (French and English).
