**Collision Center Manager**

We are looking for an experienced **Collision Center Manager **for our Donvito Collision & Glass. This position reports directly to the V.P. of Operations.

**The Position**:

- Proactively manage the customer service and quality assurance levels of the business.
- Builds capability of the team through coaching and encouraging learning from others.
- Able to complete required paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
- Communicate performance objectives to all personnel.
- Can meet or exceed KPIs including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc.
- Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Leads by example on the shop floor.
- Develops and communicates standard repair procedures, and quality and cost standards within the detail, paint and body departments, and monitors performance.
- Directs the movement of vehicles through the collision center and assigns work to the technicians in the most productive manner. Communicate due date goals to technicians daily, and coordinates information flow between the office and the production floor.
- Breaks down repair orders by department and task assigns work to the appropriate technician. Coordinates all supplements with the front office to ensure that the repair order is properly updated.
- Keeps up-to-date with new techniques and materials.
- Builds capability of the team through coaching and encouraging learning from others.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility, its employees and customer relations.
- Assist in establish estimating and sales targets sufficient to meet business objectives.
- Direct the repair process to achieve repair quality standards, consistent priorities, and high productivity.
- Resolve all customer-related and employee complaints.
- Monitor financial performance goals for the business and individual departments including sales growth, the gross profit on labor, parts, paint & materials, and sublet, overhead expense management, and the management of receivables, inventories, and fixed assets.
- Prior experience at a collision repair facility is Required.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of Customer Service.
- Ability to work independently and have strong attention to detail.
- Fluent with Mitchell, both estimating and repair center.
- I-Car training considered an asset.
- A valid driver's license is Required.
