**The Peppered Elk is now hiring new team members. You will assist with serving patrons of The Peppered Elk Restaurant, on-course concession food, as well as event catering services.**

**We are looking for an enthusiastic Server/Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience.**

**We are hiring full time/part time positions.**

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons**:

- **Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks**:

- **Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations**:

- **Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails**:

- **Plan and present bar menu**:

- **Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age**:

- **Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies**:

- **Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience**:

- **Comply with all food and beverage regulations**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)
