- TK HOME is a General Merchandise Warehouse Retailer. Growing at an expeditious rate TK HOME is opening another location in former Value Village located at the Bloor & Lansdowne intersection._
- We're creating a DIVERSE team of EXPERIENCED retail employees, who will maintain their respective departments and work collaboratively to ensure the entirety of the store is organized and tidy at all times, at every passing._

- **What you'll do as RETAIL MERCHANDISE AND SALES HYBRID ASSOCIATE**_
- Ensure organization of sales floor
- _Walk the product isles - straighten boxes for visual presentation, place misplaced products in their correct isles._
- _Walk store floor to Assist customer concerns_

- _Bring products out from warehouse onto sales floor. Stock and face product in its correct isle category._
- _Test products for customers before their purchase to ensure satisfaction._
- _Ensure organization of sales floor._

- _Move furniture from trucks to furniture department. And to truck for customer deliveries._
- _Using tools to build basic sold goods._

- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding merchandise and all policies and procedures
- Provide information and recommendations on products and promotions
- Ensure clean visual presentation of products and clothing

- _Load organized clothing onto sales floor racks, shoes onto shelves (maintain tidy and organization fashion)._
- _Ensure extra hangers are taken off sales floor racks, ensure clothing that is on the ground or on top of the racks is re-hung in the correct section._
- _Processing of raw containers of clothing with sticker and loading onto the sales floor clothing racks._

- _Cashier; accuracy with cash and ability to articulate at POS with customers._
- _Manage all transactions and the cash register with honesty and integrity._
- _Maintain the first point of contact and last point of contact with the customers entering and exiting the store front._
- _Test products for customers before their purchase to ensure satisfaction._

- What you'll need_
- Proven role specific retail experience of 2+Years
- Heavy Lifting of 25lb+
- _Inventory staging (clothing/products on shelves/furniture/floor layout) understanding_
- _High school education or equivalent work experience_
- _Real Customer Communication skills_
- _Punctual time management skills_
- _Bilingual with English and any other language is a plus_

- _Strong collaboration abilities, with the capability to educate other staff on the fine details of your department._
- _Maintain BIG-BOX-RETAILER visual merchandising strategy throughout the entire store._
- _Maintain a high level of customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues._
- _ALL should be capable & comfortable preforming ALL department tasks (cash, clothing, products, etc.)._

- Clothing: load clothing onto sales floor (maintain tidy and organization fashion).
- Products; facing of products and maintenance of sales floor.
- _Conducting _**END OF DAY**_ _department cleanup. Ensuring all of your areas are maintained, cleaned, faced products faced, stocked products, ultimately making your respective department ready for the open the following day. _**DAILY**_
- _Taking initiative to make minor-mid sized reorganization of your general department area based on current products._
- _Follow assigned daily tasks based on departments. Additional responsibilities as assigned._

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
