Food and Beverage Server

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide first class service with attentiveness and etiquette to all guests
- Communicate restaurant concept to guests and recommend food & beverage programs
- Communicate guest requests to kitchen effectively
- Perform cleaning and busing duties
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Ensure that sanitation and organization of dining room and other FOH areas are maintained
- Ensure good lines of communication amongst department staff as well as management
- Follow company policies and procedures strictly
**Qualifications**
- Must hold valid SIN and be legally able to work in Canada
- Friendly disposition and teamwork oriented
- Fluent in English; knowledge in spoken Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset
- Previous knowledge and experience with restaurant service
**Working Conditions**
- Will be required to work a variety of shifts as needed (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Will be required to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Will need to lift and move items weighing 25lbs regularly
- Will be required to work in a busy environment; constantly moving during busy periods
**Summary**
As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your restaurant experience and language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Your core skills in serving and food handling, combined with your premium background in the food industry, will enable you to take orders, serve food, and ensure adherence to food safety standards. **Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
