**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a Server, your responsibilities include providing positive guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to describe menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience.
- Proficient cash handling skills, including basic math abilities for processing payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Pay: From $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
