**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and enforce campus security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV to detect and respond to incidents effectively.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to coordinate safety initiatives and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular assessments of campus security needs and implement improvements as necessary.
- Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
- Investigate incidents of theft or misconduct, documenting findings and recommending actions.
- Prepare reports on security activities, incidents, and trends for management review.
- Organize safety drills and training sessions for staff and students to promote awareness.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in surveillance operations or law enforcement is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices in campus security.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operational requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- A degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- Weekends as needed

- Security Guard: 3 years (required)
