The District Sales Manager is responsible for a team of commercial-lines insurance specialists, their professional development and the collective achievement of set results. You will be in regular contact with each member of your team, sharing your experience with them, mentoring them and, if necessary, travelling in the field with them.

- Sales techniques, communication
- Understanding the market and commercial insurance
- Actively supporting the development of team members and achieving results
**You have**:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial-lines insurance sales
- The ability to manage a team and help your team members grow
- A talent for achieving ambitious goals
