Reporting to the Precast Supervisor, **General Labourer **will work with a team to perform tasks involved in the production of pre-cast concrete products.

**WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO**
- Assembly of Precast forms
- Pouring concrete into forms and troweling
- Splitting forms with a hammer
- Layout casting beds
- Clean and oil beds of forms
- Concrete finishing/”sacking”
- Understand the basics of quality control
- Yard Maintenance as per supervisor’s direction
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Other tasks as required by management

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience working with pre-cast concrete is an asset, but not required
- Ability to understand, speak and read English
- Ability to lift 50 lbs is required.
- A high commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
- Must have good organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and highly motivated
- **Must** have own steel toe boots
- **Must** be comfortable working outside in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to work occasional weekends is an asset.

**Job Status**: Full-time
- 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri with the occasional Saturday shift

**Compensation: $22/HOUR. ** **_Bonuses are provided bi-weekly if production targets are met. _**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
