Our company is looking for a General Labor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards;
- Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks;
- Preparing sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space;
- Perform quality inspections and complete the DIR accurately;
- Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor;
- Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials;
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods);
- Assembling racks;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop;
- Maintain good housekeeping environment in work area and perform other duties as assigned;
- Move or lift heavy objects;
- Clean and organize warehouse and work area;
- Flagging / Directing traffic as it comes through;
- Shipping, receiving loading and unloading of the trucks and physical counts of inventory;
- General Labor working with hard fiberglass stair tread.

**Requirements**:

- Perform necessary tasks in a safe manner;
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Ability to multi-task/cross train with-in various departments;
- English and Spanish fluency a plus;
- Able to physically handle all cleaning tasks, driving tasks and all tasks required;
- Reliable;
- Must be able to work weekends;
- Must be able to stand and walk entire shift for the general labor position;
- Drive to excel and grow within the company is a plus;
- 1-2+ years of experience in commercial/residential construction;
- Other Skills: The ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance;
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs;
- 18 Years or older;
- Must have steel toed boots (these can be provided);
- Must pass background check.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
