We're looking for a **Lead Outboard Motor Technician** to join us at our new, state-of-the-art headquarters and service facility in Parksville**, BC**. This is a key role for a hands-on, experienced technician ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a fast-growing marine business.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Service and repair all makes and models** of outboard motors with precision and care
- **Become certified with Tohatsu**, enabling you to provide full warranty services (we’ll support you through the ticketing process)
- **Rig and commission AB Inflatable boats** as they arrive from the factory
- **Oversee warehouse operations**, managing inventory, parts, and equipment logistics
- Support customer satisfaction through excellent technical service and operational leadership

**What We’re Looking For**
- A certified **marine technician** with strong experience servicing **outboard motors** (multi-brand expertise preferred)
- Familiarity with rigging inflatable boats is an asset
- A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Organizational skills to manage warehouse functions and logistics
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow with a dynamic marine company
