**902 423 4675 **figures. New Start Counselling Narrative Therapy and trauma

Counsellors will provide therapeutic counselling to clients that have used abuse and/or violence against their intimate partner. We also provide counselling to the partners of clients that have been affected by abuse and or violence. Counsellors work independently for individual sessions (after training), and as a part of a team in the delivery of group sessions and workshops. Counsellors are expected to use collaborative approaches for safety and accountability.
