ActiveCo Technology Management, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a **Junior IT Support Technician**to provide reliable technical support to our clients. This is a **part-time, 6-month contract position)**, with the possibility of extension and potential to transition into a full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Manage and track IT inventory and equipment assignments.
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and rollouts.
- Educate end users on basic troubleshooting and IT best practices.
- Stay current on technology trends and recommend process improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with desktop operating systems including **Windows 10/11 Pro**, **macOS**, and **iOS**.
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft 365**, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of **audio/visual equipment**setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with **Windows Print Services**administration.
- Understanding of helpdesk ticketing systems and workflow management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**required.

**Compensation**

**Hourly Rate**:$16.75 - $18.00
