**Summary**

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sharing knowledge of clothes and merchandise. The Accessory/Apparel Champion maintains an appealing retail environment and assists customers with their purchases and inquiries.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provides excellent customer service to all the dealership’s customers.
- Greets customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Must be able to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Handles telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Points out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.
- Assists customers with determination of product requirements and research merchandise in catalogues.
- Notifies customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
- Accepts cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keeps cash register accurate.
- Handles customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrates our commitment to excellent customer service.
- Prepares new products for the showroom floor.
- Assists with set-up, organizing, and staging on the showroom floor and special marketing events.
- Conducts or participates in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
- Ensures merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
- Maintains updated customer information.
- Becomes familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for General Merchandise sales.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent.
- Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
- Valid Ontario Motorcycle License (M2 or higher) and clean drivers abstract.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
