Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative may include but are not limited to:

- Providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients and producers
- Processing in our Broker Management System and Insurance Company Portals
- Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
- Report claims and process policy cancellations
- Process payments, prepare letters and other forms of correspondence
- Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
