We are Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Clinic, hiring clinic assistant / receptionist.

No need experiences, but do need to possess enthusiasm at working in Chinese culture based environment and have the ability / patience to adapt new job task.

Assistant job task include:

- Maintain and organize clinic daily uses supplies and Hygiene.
- Screen and monitor patients sanitization status.
- Arrange patient appointment at the front desk or over the phone.
- In charge of electronic billing or payment handling.
- Assist herbal medicine dispensing and preparation.
- Assist treatment environment maintenance and prepare next patient's treatment table in a timely manner.
- Clean and prepare cupping set and treatment cart, treatment table or related tools.
- Be able to greet patients courteously and meet patient's needs priority.
- Have the ability to overcome the language barrier due to some Chinese language words may be necessarily used during work.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
To continuously prevent the spreading of COVID-19 virous, all the staff working in the clinic must wear mask all the time. Sanitize the surfaces in high infected area, make sure every patient complete hands sanitizing after entering the clinic.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
