ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow Reporting Specialist for Configuration Management, CMDB and ITAM (HAM/SAM) Role/Capability: ServiceNow Reporting Specialist for Configuration Management, CMDB and ITAM (HAM/SAM) 1. Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals, and advanced reporting capabilities within ServiceNow 2. ITAM Fundamentals, and advanced reporting capabilities within ServiceNow 3. CMDB Health Dashboard Design, implementation and BAU operations including creating validating and monitoring IRE rules Purpose: To assist the Service Aware Mapping Team (Configuration Management + CMDB + IT Asset Management) as an experience ServiceNow SME to assist in the maturity, architecture, build and performance of the CMDB to ensure optimal performance and operation while validating the configuration and related integrations, workflows, automations, etc. are working correctly. IRE rules and ensuring the CMDB health dashboards are set up and operating correctly based on completeness, correctness, and compliance. Threshold is to maintain 93-95% MoM. Description: We require (2) two experienced ServiceNow CMDB/ITAM Reporting Specialists with expert knowledge of the HAM/SAM (Pro) IT Asset Management Modules and the CMDB Modules in ServiceNow Requirements: as follows - Enable and configure the jobs that process CMDB health tests - Calculate CMDB health scores for the completeness, compliance, correctness, and relationship KPI - Ensure health scores are aggregated into the overall CMDB health report. - Develop reports for management on KPIs to improve the process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy, - perform CMDB audits to ensure data completeness and quality, - enable process adherence through reporting and dashboards - create, implement, manage, update all ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for configuration management, CMDB and ITAM - Experience with data in all tables and building required reports, dashboards etc. to support KPI’s and KRI’s as follows:" **Salary**: $55.00-$60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - ServiceNow: 10 years (preferred) - ServiceNow CMDB: 10 years (preferred) - ServiceNow HAM/SAM: 10 years (preferred) - ServiceNow ITAM: 10 years (preferred) - ServiceNow Reporting: 10 years (preferred) - IT Asset Management Modules: 10 years (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4W 1E5
