- **Annual Base Salary**: $128,900 - $151,300 CAD

**Director of Marketing**:
Safe Software is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our Marketing team. The Director of Marketing at Safe Software is responsible for leading the marketing department, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, from brand development to demand generation, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**As a Director of Marketing, you will**:

- Lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:

**Required skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience in a technology company is highly preferred.
- **Safe Software-Specific Qualifications**:Familiarity with Safe Software’s products and services. In-depth understanding of the data integration and ETL market. Previous experience working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- **Technical Skills**:Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics. Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- **Soft Skills**:Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership. High level of creativity and innovation in marketing strategies.
- **Uniques Abilities**:Ability to translate complex business objectives into effective marketing strategies. Proactive in identifying market opportunities and threats. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
