**Assistant Retail Manager Responsibilities that will WOW us**:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop retail staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall appearance of the store
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Extraordinary Qualifications outside of the norm**:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the role
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage financial aspects of the store
- Familiarity with retail management software systems is a plus
- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) are highly desirable
**The Extraordinary Assistant Manager will have Training Development skills that go beyond**:
- Develop training programs for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties effectively.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff members to enhance their skills and keep them updated on new products, promotions, or procedures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments or feedback from employees.
**The Assistant Retail Manager will ROCK Sales Management**:
- Set sales targets for the store and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, identify trends, and take appropriate actions to drive sales growth.
- Provide coaching and support to sales associates to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns or initiatives.

- Assist in creating the store's budget by analyzing historical data, sales projections, and operational expenses.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and increase profitability.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
