**Requirements**:
Ø Ability to work 10-12 hours shift Monday to Friday

Ø Ability to work alternating Saturday shift

Ø Experience in construction management is an asset

Ø G drivers licence is required

Ø Ability to be a leader

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Management of crew

Ø Ability to delegate and manage the work of others

Ø Communicating with customers

Ø Ability to work outside all day

Ø Ability to work in a team environment

Ø Operate a variety of hand tools

Ø Operate small to medium machinery

Ø Assembling steel pool walls

Ø Assist with installation of pool liner

Ø Assisting with concrete pours - Smoothing

Ø Load, unload building materials and tools

Ø Maintain clean and organized work vehicles along with crew members

Ø Interlock and stone installation

Ø Digging and excavation

Ø Read and interpret plans, drawings and instructions

**Salary**: $27.00-$36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
