**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Regional Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and enroll students in our programs. You will work closely with prospective students, educational institutions, and internal teams to achieve recruitment goals. This position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Duties**:

- Answer written and oral inquiries
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of services
- Establish distribution networks for services
- Initiate market research studies, analyze findings, and direct and evaluate marketing strategies
- Develop the strategy for and manage execution of student recruitment
- Develop and maintain your own client base to meet sales targets
- Develop campaigns to meet the needs of our clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the education industry
- Strong written and spoken English
- Demonstrated strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and an active part of an energetic growing team
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Client focus, judgment, organized
- Fluency in the language of the region is a must (i.e. Indian, Iranian, Bengali, Nepali, Spanish or Portuguese)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- language of Indian/Iranian/Bengali/Nepali/Spanish/Portuguese (preferred)
