**Here's what you'd do**:

- This is a supervisory position, responsible for the management of Client manufacturing shifts in the Press Department.
- Oversee and direct all activities of the personnel assigned to their shift by walking the production floor consistently throughout the shift.
- Ensure achievement of quality, production, productivity, and safety goals for department.
- Maintain the accuracy and documentation of production reporting.
- Assist the Scheduling Department in defining and maintaining workflow through the department.
- Ensure adequate supply of materials for your shift's operation.
- Oversee department manning requirements including vacation planning and coverage.
- Oversee employee training.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Direct supervision of personnel on your shift
- Conduct employee evaluations.
- Oversee disciplinary action.
- Oversee vacation coverage planning.
- Direct staff personal development and training.
- Position may interaction with customers for production checks, and suppliers/vendors.

**Required Skills / Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Press Department Supervisor

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
