Printing Press Operator

**Here's what you'd do**

  • To completely set up and operate a printing press and to train helpers and press operator trainees.
  • Workers in this position are responsible for quality, production goals, and their press helpers.
  • This does not include the discipline or performance evaluation of the helper.
  • Set up and operate the press, including analysis of the printed sample to sample provided to ensure the job is correct.
  • Assist press helper in loading rolls of raw material and unloading rolls of finished materials.
  • Oversee other duties of helper, including housekeeping and any training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule

  • 12 hour shift

**Experience**

  • Flexographic: 1 year (preferred)
  • Printing press: 2 years (required)
