The Investigators Group Inc. is a leading private investigation and security services company with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

We are currently seeking skilled **Loss Prevention Officers (Plain clothes)** to work closely with our retail clients in Kingston, ON

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters
- Minimize the financial loss of retail items related to theft
- Write apprehension and prevention reports
- Follow policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- Basic understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest
- Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and possess initiative and integrity
- English (written and verbal)
- Ability to stand and walk for a full shift

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
