**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized **Silk-Screen Printing Machine Operator** to join our team.

**Pay**: Starting at $16.50 per hour, with opportunities for increased compensation based on experience and performance

In this role, you will:

- Set up and operate semi-automatic silk-screen printing machines for decorating glassware and ceramics.
- Ensure accurate color matching and alignment for each print job.
- Monitor print runs to maintain quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Handle materials and products safely, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in every task.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
